Microtel by Wyndham South Forbes

the frontdesk staff. she is polite in a way but she keep on asking from the time we checked in, like how many are you in the room and what are the ages. Ive declared it already because its part of the form that we signed. I said to her if we will add another head then i will tell it to her later. because she said it has additional charge. it is not a problem since it is the hotels policy. but here comes the breakfast, we already at the table and again, she called the staff in the restaurant and maybe she instructed his colleague to check on us. then the staff approach us again, and asking how many are we. i said again, i already declared it in the frontdesk from the time we checked in. i said you can count on us and charge if its needed. but we noticed that we are the only guest who was checked by them. and then before we go home offcourse i have to go to the frontdesk to pay. what the frontdesk did was to show me the total bill, and as expected, she then ask me again “mam how many are you in the room” thats the time i already got mad, i said again you already billed us.. all was already included in the declaration form.. i said “ano pa ba ang hinahanap mo! ilang beses niyo kong tinanong kung ilan kame, wala naman kameng dinagdag” nakakaoffend lng because para namen silang tatakasan. na i think its not proper to ask several times kung ilan kme. lahat kame nasa lobby nakikita niya kung ilan kame nakadeclare naman lahat. prang may inaantay pa siya na lumabas na kasama namen.. its very rude! madameng hotels na mas malaki atas maganda pero we never encountered such kundi sa microtel southforbes lang. maglagay nalang kayo cctv per room para alam niyo ilang tao ang ngsstay sa luob!
